Personal Data

Through the forms on “Sicareme Online”, SICAREME Assurances collects your personal data in order to carry out the services and deliver the products available on our “Sicareme Online” platform.

Certain sections of the Sicareme Online site provide commercial information, including detailed quotes, based on the personal data entered in the corresponding forms. The collection of this information is carried out for the purpose of generating such information, and is only archived once the visitor has been clearly informed and has consented.

Visitors to Sicareme Online can also create personal accounts allowing them to save their personal information, as well as the quotes they wish to keep. Insurance certificates or attestations provided in electronic format are available in each client's personal account.

This processing has been declared and authorized by the CNDP under authorization No. A-GC-07/2021 dated 23/02/2022.

The personal data collected is currently hosted by OVH France and will only be shared if necessary with the various service providers related to the subscribed product.

This transfer has been declared and authorized by the CNDP under receipt No. T-HB-32/2022 dated 23/02/2022.

Accordingly, personal data is stored solely on our IT platform in a secured database, and is backed up and archived on a remote server closed to any access. Visitor and client data is not shared with any third party, except for the purpose of establishing and managing insurance and/or assistance contracts.

Sicareme Assurances may also use anonymized and/or aggregated data for commercial or marketing purposes.

In accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to such data, which you can exercise through the appropriate menus in your Sicareme Online client area, or by writing to:
